Selection of the wrong mode of transport or preparation of incorrect documentation can lead to delays and payment of unnecessary charges.
Exporting involves the cooperation of exporters, freight forwarders, Banks (depending on the method of payment) and there is also an involvement by HM Revenue and Customs.
The Institute of Export can provide training aimed at these disciplines to increase the overall knowledge and the role played by each party in the complete picture. Where sufficient demand exists in-house courses can be tailored to individual needs.
